So it’s creeping up on 20 years at Deloitte this week. An internal announcement said I passed that milestone yet my brain tells me I started in July. I’ll go with the official date because let’s be honest, Talent are better at this stuff than I am. I’m also in that joyous career period when if I had to retire I could. But I still want to have an impact and do not intend to cross the finish line walking. I want to sprint the whole way. OK, at least a fast jog. As I took a scroll down memory lane through my photos I realized a few things. - I am absolutely blessed with the best partner and wife in the world who puts up with my crazy. Sheila M. Brown, MBA love you and much more important Happy anniversary Babe. 6 years married and the best years of my life. - I have the best team in the world, second to none, with #WomenInSales Roni Goldman Ana Maier,MBE Davina Clarke Elena Bleakley and María Fernanda Millán Arroyo making my crazy look good and acceptable every day - I have had amazing mentors, role models and champions, sometimes not even knowing what they were doing for me and showing too little appreciation. I owe you all. That’s you Elizabeth Rae Rosenstein, Mark Walsh, Jan Waals Abdi Goodarzi Craig Hodgetts Kimberly Harris Sam Balaji Brian Johnston Reid Miller Paula Gold Williams Al Langhals Christina Bieniek Bill Allison Jay Bellissimo John McCue and so many more. - I seem to like to play dress up and do stupid stuff. And I have done more stupid stuff with Jason Stevens than anyone else. Thank you for being my partner in crime (Tim Martin Ron Wagner and Marisa Montrasio youse were close in the hunt) - the only #ImpactThatCounts is leaving people and things better than when you found them - the most rewarding role I have is not at #Deloitte. Casey Anne Satell you drew me in and working with The Franklin Institute. The joy of working with you and Larry Dubinski Rebekah Sassi Darryl N. Williams and crew has been amazing. So thank you all, and everyone else I couldn’t mention here. I have the best job, spouse, cause in #STEM education. And don’t forget. If you need a mantra. How Can I help my people today? I’ve loved every mile, and I’m sprinting the ones that are left. Thank you all!

Ian, I’ve been lucky to work with, and learn from, some pretty amazing people during my 20 years at Deloitte, but you are right up there at the top! I am so fortunate to have worked with you in ER&I! Thank you for all of your support along the way! Congrats on your 20th!!
Congratulations Ian Wright! Looking forward to tipping back our next beer together, hopefully soon. Super excited I made the highlight reel! (tucked away in the back of the picture as per my usual spot 😀 )
Ian Wright - what great memories you have. You no doubt made an impact on everyone in those photos and beyond. I couldn't agree with you more, friend. You do have the best wife ever. I'm a huge fan of Sheila M. Brown, MBA. Happy travels. You are in a most enviable position.
Congratulations!
20 years?!!! Congrats Ian Wright! Lots of wild memories from the old consulting days and plenty of usual suspects in the mix 😂. I’ll never forget finding a way to do skeet shooting and of course Seattle project “book club”
