Thanks to everyone who joined us for our annual Hyperoptic Golf Day on Wednesday. We held a Ryder Cup style competition at The Grove in Hertfordshire, to celebrate all the hard work our teams, partners and contractors do in bringing full fibre connectivity to new build homeowners across the UK. ⛳ It was the Hyper Heroes vs. The Hyper High Fives and after a close game, the Hyper Heroes took the win. Well done to our very own Daniel Bennett for winning the acclaimed title for the longest drive of the day! The teams also undertook a hyper-centric challenge, ‘Bring the Ball Home’. Each group was given a Hyperoptic blue ball to bring back safely from the course. Unfortunately, no one was able to bring one back after the 18-holes... Our broadband might be hyper reliable, but our golf skills still need some work! 🔵 It was an un-fore-gettable day - well done to everyone involved, especially our amazing organiser Ben Squire. Here are some of the golfers in action! 📸 #Hyperoptic #InYourCorner #AwayDay

Its very sad how your engineers are so in a bad mood, they dont give a damn for the customers. The building I live has a wired room which feeds every single flat except mine as the cables are inside a hatch on the second floor. I have called so many time and they visited the site many times, every time someone has got something different to say. Not a serious Company
Well done boss Daniel Bennett
You all look fab!

1moPlease can you help expedite resolving issues with the hyperoptic regular service outage within our building impacting several flats. B15 2EF It’s like atleast once a month there is a service outage. This time, it’s not working since yesterday. It was fixed this morning but again down in 30 mins. I am regretting taking connection with Hyperoptic and so as other residents only the building. Why can’t it once for all so that there is no recurring problem. This is highly frustrating as it’s impact our daily schedules. Absolutely low level of service from hyperoptic here. Rajiv
