According to the 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report from Microsoft and LinkedIn, the search for technical AI talent has surged 323% in the past eight years. This goes hand in hand with 66% of leaders saying they wouldn’t hire someone without AI skills today. Despite fears surrounding this new tech, it’s clear AI itself won’t outright replace people. But people who know AI will.
