Our approach to HR We do HR a little differently than you may be used to. You see, companies didn't always rely on HR directors to hire, discipline, review, or fire their employees before all the legislative red tape. Those activities were usually conducted by supervisors and managers. Intuitively, that makes sense, right? Who best knows or should know their team members better than their supervisor? Unfortunately, the problem of today's HR was summed up by Forbes magazine and it's May 2015 issue. Stating the painful reality is that the evolution of HR has outstripped the expertise of many who are implementing it. We want to disrupt that dynamic. Here's how we do it. First, we make sure that you are using an HR information system and that you're getting the highest utility out of that system. This rips your company of the administrative HR burden. Then we jump right into training. We teach supervisors how to use the system for support. They can manage their department and their team and do it faster and better than the old HR department ever could once the supervisors. Up to speed, we can dive into the specific critical challenges of the business like hiring better, implementing more meaningful employee reviews, and growing your workforce to be the best it can be sound simple.
