A picture truly is worth 1000 words ☺️. This picture is part of a project on which Megan Bay Dorman and I are working. 🚀 We're highlighting some of the incredible initiatives that local businesses are taking to help make Brighton and beyond a better place. 🙂 We had the pleasure of filming and photographing Emma Anastasi of InTheFlow and this is hands down one of my favourite images that I've created in a while. There's so much emphasis placed on video these days that images often get overlooked. 💥 But we made it a point to capture a great set of photos through the course of our afternoon, and this one really speaks volumes. Corporate culture of Samolet Plus I feel like Samolet Plus is one of the most "person-centered" companies. I would like to share with you some practices that allow us to keep up with this image. 1️⃣Regular feedback. Every six months, we exchange feedback at all levels to outline the direction for further development. This is the only way we can stay on the same page. 2️⃣Horizontal structure. Although the business grows extensively, we do not seek to build a hierarchy. Here, everyone can talk openly with each other: you can come to a meeting with the CEO or write to him — you do not need to coordinate this with your supervisor. 3️⃣Informal meetings. From time to time, we form groups of interests: we have running, chess and book clubs. We hold meetings with invited speakers, watch movies and take part in quizzes together. And I myself have begun to conduct mentoring sessions every month in the format of cozy evenings with a cup of quality tea :) 4️⃣Charity. Everyone can participate in charity projects. For example, we "convert" the kilometers we have traveled into donations to charitable foundations. 5️⃣Comfort. Our staff has a massage room and a psychologist at their disposal. What are your 3 voice qualities and how do they relate to your brand? I was never really sure of the value of the voice quality descriptions that the voiceover industry uses.  Everyone was looking for ‘warm and engaging’ voices. However, having worked through what my voice qualities are, I now see how they link directly to the kind of brands my voice can sell.  And here they are: Trustworthy: Financial and investment brands that require high trust Luxurious: Think Scotch whisky or weddings in a castle! Calm: Healthcare, charities or luxury beauty Voiceovers out there – I would love to know your brands, and how they relate to your voice qualities?

I see plenty of posts about a company’s tech stack. What about your linen stack? Are your linens piled up somewhere near your laundry room? Cleaners taking them home to finish off site?
