Bisnow's 2024 DMV Affordable Summit brought out a huge crowd. I spent almost the entire 3 hours in conversations that ranged from reconnections with old friends and clients, discussions with new developers looking at the market, conversations with investors and lenders about the financial climate and gap funding, and insight on trends for the coming year. We recently sat down with building society leaders from the likes of Nationwide Building Society, Skipton Building Society, Yorkshire Building Society, Coventry Building Society, and the Building Societies Association & surveyed 2,000 British adults to find out about the sector’s digital readiness and the opportunities a more data-led proposition might offer.
