Chef was born in the fire of the kitchen. 🔥 Helping his Nanny in the kitchen for family dinners and learning the art of a good Malt from his Papa, Chef took his first cooking job at 16 years old. He brings his love of family to every kitchen striving to develop a culture of teamwork and respect. 💪 Chef’s passion for food culture expanded further while living and traveling extensively in the Middle East and Asia. "Travel changes you. As you move through this life and this world you change things slightly, you leave marks behind, however small. And in return, life — and travel — leaves marks on you." – Anthony Bourdain Chef has earned a degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Dallas and a Bachelor's in Hotel Restaurant Management from University of Houston. 📜 Working at many properties such as Hilton at University of Houston, The Hotel Granduca, Hilton Americas, Westin Woodlands, Tiny’s No.5, and even teaching at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
