We are proud of our own Ina Kota and Silvana Zenere who contributed to the recently published Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) report, "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Creating Competitive Advantage Through Fairness, Inclusion and Belonging." In its research, AESC asked business leaders to identify the highest impact DEI strategies in their organizations. The top three strategies are: 1. Foster a safe and inclusive environment. 2. Happy International Women’s Day! I have the privledge to lead and take part in many Women’s Leadership groups at work including giving women’s leadership talks and mentoring. I strongly believe the value behind today. You never know the full impact you can have on a person.
