The church in America has largely missed this mobilization call. The church has mostly lived a “COME and SEE” model while Jesus operated from a “GO and BE” model. Too often we see individuals as volunteers to fuel our programs and to serve our purposes rather than as everyday missionaries with everyday mission fields — where they work, live, and play — that also provide the opportunity to accomplish God’s purposes. As a result, we don’t equip individuals to discover and live into their unique secondary calling. Mobilization is the missing bridge between disciple-making and multiplication movements. With less than one percent of the churches ever multiplying, it is obvious we have a serious mobilization problem. It’s the bridge of mobilization that’s missing. In a rural area of the world where 100% of its population is Muslim, the people are farmers or herders. A lack of rain started to cause many problems in this area. A local pastor was asked to pray for the people and prayed for them and the desperately needed rain. Within 24 hours, the rain came and didn't stop for three days. The tribal group was ecstatic. "Can you bring more Christians here?" The local pastor approached our missionary and challenged him to go to that least-reached people group and their villages. Be praying for the urgent need for ten more Christians to answer God’s invitation to serve there long-term. The persecution of Christians is a growing crisis worldwide. According to Open Doors International, 1 in 7 Christians globally are persecuted for their faith. This statistic becomes even more staggering when we look at specific regions: 1 in 5 Christians in Africa and 2 in 5 in Asia face persecution. In the last two decades, I took due diligence to search the scriptures to find any justification for Pastors to be living in poverty but I couldn’t find any. My conclusion is that poverty is a choice for any Pastor. Another discovery I made is that there is no man-made justification for Pastors to take advantage of their sheep, it is insanity to the priesthood. Are Pastors beggars? It is a great insult against the office because there is more than enough provision for the journey. The challenge I discovered is the inability to explore the untold privilege God has made available to feed the Pastors. When I say Pastors, it include every office that is connected to the priesthood at any leadership level. In this book, I will be unfolding what makes a Pastor a Pastor. The joy of being a Pastor is the greatest asset of a Pastor in generating personal and ministerial needs. The untold opportunity every Pastor possesses to live to the fullness with or without any external support. Going through the pages of this book as a Pastor or leader will change your world forever and you will enjoy the best resources you need for your life and ministry unhurt. This book unveils the dignity of the priesthood office. To be a Pastor, called of God is the greatest privilege or office ever in the human race. Expose sin before it spreads Each of us should take responsibility for our lives personally. When we notice sinful behaviour in our lives, we should not hide it; rather we should expose it and seek help. Similarly, as leaders, we are required by God to deal with sin and corruption in our families, churches, fellowships, and communities promptly before it festers. So what?
