This is what we've learned over the last two decades: If you want to be successful in business, you must be willing to let go. The way you've "always done it" isn't necessarily the best way. #businesslessons #corporatelaw #anniversary

Today is my first day back from paternity leave. It’s been such an important 3 weeks for me, being a first time Dad, and falling into a new ‘routine’. ⏰ The most important takeaways for me have been; 1) No instruction manual - no one tells you how to look after a baby, or how to be a dad. As my little girl develops each day so does her personality and needs, and some days will (and have been) better than others. However, every day is a learning experience, for her and for me, and I’m enjoying every second. 📕 2) Teamwork - we all have strengths and weaknesses, whether that’s at work or at home. Working as a team as new parents has been vital in these first few weeks, recognising when your strengths can make things easier for the other person. 👥 3) Switching off - whilst I thoroughly enjoy my work, I’ve realised that taking time to switch off is equally as crucial. Having a newborn baby means that your focus does have to shift and time must be made to cherish her and these early moments. 💤 4) Motivation - I’ve never had long periods away from work. Whilst it’s been busy adjusting to life, I’ve come back feeling refreshed and motivated. I do believe that longer periods away from work can make you more productive and feel healthier in the long run. 💫 Grateful to everyone at GCS in particular my team who have supported me the past few weeks / months in preparation for fatherhood. 💙

Founder & Owner of OmniPro Solutions | Business Success Manager | Client & Support Provider Matchmaker
For the past month, I've been meeting with people from around the globe (across it if that's your thing 😏) who were interested in joining the team at OmniPro Solutions. I have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful, amazing people. And this is just the beginning. My December is already booked with Meet & Greets. I still have people to reach out to with opportunities. This has, by far, been the best part of building my company! As I reflect on my conversations with these gals, I think about how natural it is for humans to want a connection with others. It's hard to believe when we look at the state of affairs around the world, but humans crave connection. People. That's what is at the heart of everything. Every business. Every post. Every course. We are people, connecting with other people through our services, our content, our knowledge, and whatever else we offer. It's easy to think of a team as just that, the collective team. But when I look at mine, I see -mothers -wives -nurses -visionaries -creatives -recent college graduates I see people. People I am thankful to know. People I can't wait to know better. People I can't wait to empower by putting them in the position to showcase the best of themselves. At the end of the day, we are all just people looking for the opportunity to do what we do best. And that's so much more possible when we connect with others that see the best in us. #peoplematter #teambuilding #buildingdreams

Financial independence to all is not an easy problem to solve! When we started Overqualified Housewives, we thought all graduate women are skilled and what they lack is 'Opportunity'. But after working in the field for 1 year, we clearly understood that lack of opportunities is not the biggest issue, lack of skill is. But how many of us are aware of this? We think that just as we have a degree, an employer must given an opportunity. In fact in some cases we are seeing a feeling of entitlement among women as below, "I did my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering 6 years back, I have now registered in Overqualified Housewives, give me an opportunity. Don't ask about whether I really have any skill to begin with. If you can't give me an opportunity within a month or two, you are a cheater". Degree is just a piece of paper, if we didn't acquire any skill through that. We started conducting skill development programs to bridge this gap and 1000 women have already benefitted through this. But still at times, we get some messages like, "Why are you trying to snatch money from us?" The answer is : We are here to help deserving women candidates. The ones who are ready to make an identity for themselves by taking effort, learning, trying and working hard. Overqualified Housewives is here for such dreamers and doers not just talkers. #overqualifiedhousewives #notjustahousewife

🎉 Celebrating Our Nannies: The Power of Respecting Their Time Off 🎉 🌱 Nurturing Bonds & Building Connections: It's no secret - being a nanny isn't just a job. It's a choice driven by love for children and the joy of fostering wonderful bonds with families. However, to continue nurturing these bonds, our superheroes - the nannies, need their moments to relax and rejuvenate. 💥 Recharge & Renew: Ever noticed how superheroes come back stronger after a little downtime? Nannies are no different! Time off allows them to return with renewed energy and an even greater passion to care for our children. ❤️ A Heartfelt "Thank You": Offering breaks, paid vacations, and holidays isn't just a gesture; it's a genuine appreciation for their dedication. It fortifies the bridge of trust between families and their nannies, making them feel truly valued. 🌟 Quality Over Quantity: A well-rested and content nanny naturally brings better care to the table. By ensuring they get their well-deserved breaks, we're investing in a brighter and more joyful environment for our children. ⚖️ The Harmony of Balance: Everyone cherishes a well-balanced life. By supporting our nannies in achieving this equilibrium, we set the stage for happier households and stronger family-nanny connections. 🤝 Building a Strong Foundation: Honoring a nanny's time off is more than just a kind gesture. It's a testament to the trust, respect, and partnership we want to cultivate. A bond where everyone thrives. To all families out there: Let’s treasure the invaluable relationships with our nannies. Respecting their time off goes beyond granting them a break. It's about acknowledging their essence in our lives and fostering a bond rooted in trust, respect, and gratitude. Here's to creating homes filled with love, understanding, and shared growth! 💖 📌 #Advice #Nannies #SeasideStaffingCompany 🔖 @Seasidenannies @seasidestaffingcompany
