Are there any #corporates or people wanting to give their #volunteering time to help our #socialenterprise Ethstat Ethical CIC hire more team members? We have three or four significant hires we need help with but in full transparency the fees paid could fund another homeless worker or ex inmate with a permanent position and we’re not at that stage in the business. Plus, we need help with job descriptions, ensuring we focus on the right values for the job and going through the interview process. I know it takes time and it’s a skill. We’ve got to where we are by being resourceful and we need to get our hiring spot on but some hands on support, allowing us to continue with business as usual would be absolutely incredible.
