Automatic Sacking machine
1. High precision: Through the precise positioning of the electrode, the overall position accuracy of the electrode during stacking is guaranteed to be ±0.3mm.
2. Separator accuracy: active unwinding, tension control, overall module deviation correction, diaphragm elimination of static electricity, diaphragm alignment accuracy ±0.3mm.
3. Dust control: The material box and secondary positioning are equipped with effective dust collection mechanisms; the suction cups and rods are made of non-metallic materials; the positive and negative electrode material boxes and secondary positioning are isolated to prevent cross-contamination of positive and negative materials.
4. Measures for multiple missing pieces: material box swing air, slicing brush, robot servo shaking plate separation pole piece, ultrasonic sensor to detect multiple missing pieces.
5. Tab protection: Install independent suction cups to absorb the tabs to prevent the tabs from being folded into the battery core due to excessive length during lamination.
6. When the suction cup is absorbing the lithium-sulfur electrode piece: first press it lightly with the pressing block to prevent the lithium-sulfur electrode piece from adhering, and then remove the stainless steel piece. Each time the lithium-sulfur electrode piece is absorbed, the pressing block will assist.

Let's talk coolant gives you the option to use HSS end mills which cost 4th or 5th of a carbide end mills price and with just a little more mess with the coolant and time becaue HSS cutting slower, you can get the same results.
Even if you are using carbide tools it's always better to use coolant for couple of reasons:
1. It's extending the lifespan of tools.
2. It's giving you better surface finish.
3. Coolant keeps everything cool, meaning the tool and the material you working on is staying cold, or in other words neither the tool or the material is expanding by being hot, which in the end of the day, lets you do more precise work.

Have you checked your pH lately? What should it be?
The pH of a solution is a measure of its acidity or basicity. It is a scale that ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Solutions with a pH less than 7 are acidic, and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic.
Each coolant is going to have a unique pH range. For Blaser products, this information can be found on the PIDS (product information data sheet). Some may also call this a TDS (technical data sheet).
pH can be easily checked with test strips shown here. Checking the pH every 2-4 weeks will keep you informed if any action needs to be taken.
