Business Owners & Marketers are undervalueing this strategy Imagine if your clients could visually experience the value you bring before they even know who you are? What if they could see testimonial reactions in real time of your brand or service? Whether you own the business or direct the marketing team, your key role includes painting your brand's image and the solutions you offer vividly and convincingly. If you’re not using video to engage with your audience, you’re missing out. How much more trust and authority could you build in your industry? How many more conversions are you leaving on the table?

EXCITING FUTURE FOR 1928 SPANISH ART-DECO BUILDING The Rex – a majestic 1928 Spanish Art Deco theatre in the heart of Daylesford has witnessed the ebb and flow of time in its many incarnations. For the past six years, it has patiently awaited its renaissance, a rebirth that promises to infuse new life into its storied walls. Now, the time has come for the Rex building to emerge from its slumber, thanks to the pioneering spirit of David & Yuge Bromley, whose Daylesford gallery has for the past 9 years been right next door to the iconic building. Bromley & Co’s commitment to the art of bricks-and-mortar retailing is as steadfast as ever. Yuge and David, the driving forces behind the venture, recognise the unique stage that street-level stores offer for engaging with clients on a personal level. It’s a return to the age-old approach where businesses are more than just transactions; they are conduits of experiences and connections. This visionary endeavor seeks to create a new precinct that resonates with a sense of community, history, and innovation. The building, which is prominently positioned on Vincent Street, in the heart of Daylesford stands poised to become a centerpiece of Daylesford’s cultural and commercial landscape. As excitement builds for the dawn of a new era for the Rex building, Bromley & Co have extended a warm invitation to those in hospitality, retail, design, fashion, performance, and entertainment – calling for expressions of interest to join the precinct. Good to see that sense has prevailed. The courts have ruled that the Levelling-Up Secretary was wrong to refuse Marks and Spencer permission to replace it's Marble Arch store with what will be one of the UK's most enviromentally friendly commercial buildings. It is sad that this multi-million pound show of confidence in Oxford Street by Marks and Spencer, just as the street starts its once-in-a-generation transformation programme, should be held up by the government on what have now been ruled to be spurious grounds. The West End is a hugely important asset for the UK, known globally as one the world's top shopping, leisure and cultural districts. It helps attract to London international visitors, investment, talent, and students. Any government should actively support its vitality in whatever ways it can. Ending tax-free shopping and trying to prevent the investment vital to ensure the West End retains its global position and reputation feels the wrong strategic approach.
Earlier today, the High Court found in favour of Marks and Spencer, in a landmark ruling regarding the proposed redevelopment of its Marble Arch store. Dee Corsi, Chief Executive, New West End Company, said: “Today’s decision is a just result for Marks & Spencer, whose proposed development is a key part of Oxford Street’s and the West End’s future growth story. The ruling sends a positive signal to other investors that Oxford Street and the West End is a world-leading destination to do business.” Read our full response here: https://lnkd.in/eqJCbiZG

What is "Restorative Justice," and in what ways can the built environment contribute? Restorative justice is all about healing communities through collaborative problem-solving and reparation. By focusing on dialogue, empathy, and rebuilding trust, it's a transformative approach to justice that promotes understanding and connection. At GGI, we believe that thoughtful design can amplify these principles. Decorative glass and public art displays provide a vibrant canvas for representing shared stories, fostering inclusive spaces, and creating visual symbols of unity. They can ignite conversations, celebrate diversity, and offer solace—a fitting tribute to restorative justice. Dive Deeper: Check out this article by Gensler for insights on how restorative justice shapes our communities and how we can enhance this process through innovative, artistic design. #RestorativeJustice #CommunityHealing #GGI #SeeWhatGlassCanDo #PublicArt https://lnkd.in/e_R8RbNb
