I strongly believe in the social aspect of learning (not just for #students but also for faculty & staff in #highereducation). A couple of highlights: 1) Peer Support is Paramount: 90% of students surveyed turn to friends for mental health advice and support. Nurturing peer connections is a great practice! #peermentoring and #peersupport 2) The Wellness Dichotomy: Students categorizing their lives as "thriving" engage more in healthy behaviors and maintain a positive outlook, while those "struggling" face higher levels of stress, anxiety, and loneliness. This stark contrast calls for an inclusive approach to well-being, so all students have the resources and support to navigate their #mentalhealth challenges. https://lnkd.in/eABzBdXz
