Here's something I'm very proud of: our extremely high retention rate of D2C brands that use Alia ⤵ Net revenue churn is the percentage of revenue lost from existing customers during a period. It takes into account revenue lost from customer cancellations and downgrades, as well as revenue gained from existing customers through subscription upgrades. This means that the brands who download Alia tend to stay around and don't uninstall. And brands tend to upgrade to larger and more expensive plans, which is a really great sign for us as a young company. Oftentimes, retention is the hardest part for young software companies, but this has actually been one of our superpowers. We know that if someone installs Alia and goes live, they love it and will most likely upgrade to higher plans. [time to really scale & grow now that we are confident in our ability to retain] 🚀
