The Normandy region in France is set to award the management of its four airports—Caen, Le Havre, Deauville, and Rouen—to Sealar, an airport management company created by the engineering subsidiaries of the Chambers of Commerce of Finistère and Aix-Marseille-Provence. This decision follows a call for tenders launched in July 2023.
