𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗘𝗩 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗹𝗲 India's electric vehicle (EV) market is growing rapidly, with a projected CAGR of 68.48% between 2023 and 2028. This translates to a market size increase of an estimated USD 34,369.3 million within the next five years. However, after-sales service is struggling to keep up, posing a major concern for potential EV buyers. 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙒𝙝𝙮: 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀: Many authorized service centers lack technicians with the knowledge to fix complex EV issues. 🤦♂️ 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: While training programs exist, they often focus on theory and lack real-world experience, leaving technicians unprepared.📚 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: These centers, while filling the gap, raise safety concerns due to the lack of proper training and genuine parts. ⚠️ 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀: Technical manuals in English and the requirement of basic computer literacy further hinder effective training, especially in non-urban areas. 🚫 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙚? 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Hands-on experience is crucial for technicians to become proficient. 👨🔧 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀: Training materials and programs need to be adapted to address these challenges. 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Provide technicians with real-time, step-by-step instructions, ensuring proper procedures to solve complex issues instantly. 📲 𝗔𝗥 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: When faced with challenges or uncertainties, waiting for an expert is not an option. Remote assistance enables instant connectivity with experts, minimizing downtime and enhancing safety. 👨💻 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Equipping EV owners with manuals that can help them identify minor issues and reduce reliance on service centers for non-critical situations. By addressing the after-sales service gap, India can ensure the sustainable growth of its EV market and build trust among potential buyers. This will require a collective effort to equip technicians with the necessary skills and knowledge to keep India's EVs running smoothly. #India #EV #skillsgap #digitaltransformation #frontlineworkers #safety #salesservice #AR #XR #connectedworker

Rather than using personal vehicles to commute in the city, every organization should hire a bus for their employees. Employees can pay a reasonable fare for this service, which will definitely reduce traffic and, to some extent, pollution levels. In metro cities, the main concern is traffic. For example, in Bangalore and Delhi, a 10km distance can take more than an hour to travel. What is the meaning of living and working if an employee spends 3 to 4 hours commuting every day? This is due to the excessive number of vehicles on the road. If 100 employees of an organization use their own vehicles, but instead choose to come in company-owned buses, there will be around 100 fewer vehicles on the road.

𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐔𝐂𝐀 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝, having navigated the turbulent Indian #telecom industry—a challenge akin to swimming in #tsunami waves without any gear. I managed 25,000 telecom towers with full P&L responsibility across three different telecom circles. Each tower was installed on someone else's property, whether it be the ground, a house terrace, or a large building. The ecosystem surrounding these towers included property owners, RWAs, technicians, government bodies, customer organizations, diesel suppliers, maintenance teams, and numerous other agencies that could influence operations. One day, someone would cut a cable; another day, someone would burn a generator. Sometimes, a technician wouldn't reach the site, or a tower would mysteriously catch fire. Occasionally, a site would be sealed. Every day brought new challenges, but these experiences were invaluable learning opportunities. Managing 25,000 towers, each influenced by at least ten different agencies daily, exemplifies a true VUCA world. The key lesson was clear: while you can't control your surroundings, you can prepare yourself well, remain #agile, and #react #pragmatically to #survive and excel. When designing www.unibuild.ai, we took into account the VUCA world and its impact on companies' #sourcing needs. Our goal was to support them in minimizing these impacts. In my conversations with various companies, now #customers or potential clients of www.Unibuild.ai, I resonate deeply with their struggles in a #VUCA world. They needed a solution like www.unibuild.ai to focus on growth rather than being overwhelmed by the chaos around them. #startupindia #supplychain #automotive #telecomindustry
