The Department of Health is a Department of State in the UK government and we set the policy for the NHS performance, managed the NHS and look after the parliamentary business of health ministers. So the initial challenges with the corporate data warehouse project was the users really didn't know what they want. They didn't have a proper set of requirements. They were trying to use desktop tools like Excel, SharePoint to create a sophisticated high end reporting capability and then. Reached out to Hitachi Solutions to do a discovery. Help the business and the users understand what their requirements actually were and how we could deploy sophisticated cloud based technologies to deliver an enterprise scale solution. When we first delivered the the Transformation project, the relationship was was pretty much a sort of traditional supplier customer relationship. One of the things I've personally been delighted with is that over the years it's grown into a partnership and we now work effectively hand in hand with Hitachi Solutions. Hitachi Lifetime Support Services are a fundamental part of the support contract. They look after key Microsoft applications to enable the department to run. Actually incredibly beneficial having a trusted partner there with the expertise and capability to deliver a stable and secure platform. Going forward, I am looking for Tachi to take on more responsibility in the Dynamics arena. And to grow that ecosystem so we can really reap the advantages of their expertise, the Dynamics arena and push enhancements for the department. I'm really satisfied with the service we get from Hitachi. In fact, I'd go as far to say we've moved beyond a traditional customer supplier transactional relationship to a much more partnership where we work together to deliver results and outcomes for our end users.
