a good collection of behavioral questions. I learnt that using the STAR framework is a great way to structure the answers. S- describe the Situation, T- what was the assignment Task, A- what Action did you take, R- what Results you got. Structuring an answer makes it more understanding to the listener and helps in a better discussion.
