𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Grade 12/ Equivalent • Diploma in Operations/Logistics/Concrete Management or related studies Advantageous: • Certificate in Quality Management or ISO Standards • Certificate in Cementitious Products or Concrete Management • Responding to breakdowns • Safety and quality audits • Manage own time, schedule work, and planned output (do not wait to be told) Experience Physical / Legal Requirements • 6-8 years in a Plant operations environment/concrete industry/Logistics, of which 3 years must have been in plant management or supervisory role. • Knowledge of application of the cementitious products.
