Interclean 2024 Amsterdam The Interclean Show, which takes place every two years, is one of the most important international trade fairs for the cleaning industry. For four days last week, the trade fair for cleaning and hygiene brought together more than 900 exhibitors and around 35,000 buyers and trade visitors from all over the world. The organizer RAI Amsterdam speaks of the "largest and most inspiring Interclean of all time". A wide range of new developments and products for professional cleaning could be seen in eleven halls. Design by Weinberg & Ruf was represented by several exhibitors. Design from China is also on the rise. Here, however, it was noticeable that although some design approaches were new, the concepts and principles themselves were diligently copied. But it is precisely in the conception and definition of device types that the greatest development effort lies. Changing the styling is no longer a big step. One can only advise the German R&D managers to better protect their developments from imitation.
