One of the goofiest and most implausible claims out there is the giant corporation that says "we think & innovate like a startup". Puhleeze. SMH. A more precise way to ask the question is "what is your or your outfit's disposition to the status quo?" Social Science reveals that individuals & populations exhibit a gradient of reluctance/enthusiasm for Change (more info see Sinus-Milieu). Is Your sports mission aligned with your own inherent capacities & desires to Preserve Tradition or Blaze New Trails? Think about Ice Cube - I find him just irresistibly attractive as a cultural challenger & innovator & when I grow up I want to be like Ice. Check out his current #sports #basketball project which is challenging the polarity of #nba and #harlemglobetrotters which are the top global properties in #hoops mindshare.

What a day of incredible strength and determination at Nassau's Strongest Competition! Athletes truly brought their A-game, and the energy in the gym was electric. Here's a quick recap of the fantastic events that unfolded:   🔥 Event 1: Rising Bar Max Axle DL - Athletes showcased their raw power with impressive lifts.  💪 Event 2: Log Clean & Press - The gym echoed with the sounds of determination as competitors conquered the log clean & press challenge.  🚶 Event 3: Farmers Walk - Athletes demonstrated their grip strength and endurance during the intense Farmers Walk.  🏋️♂️ Event 4: Max Distance Carry - No belts in sight as two athletes teamed up for this challenging event, showcasing teamwork and determination. 💥 Event 5: Sandbag Over Bar - The gym roared with cheers as athletes hoisted sandbags over the bar. The determination was unmatched. Two athletes at a time, proving strength is better when shared.   A special shoutout to everyone who participated, pushed their limits, and cheered on their fellow competitors. Remember, it's not just about the medals or t-shirts; it's about the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.
