What's the best email #newsletterplatform out there for publishing a free newsletter? These are the top candidates from what I've seen so far: - beehiiv - Ghost - ConvertKit → Soon to be Kit Thoughts? Other recommendations? What features should I be looking at?

Convertkit has the most robust list management features, I think Substack and Beehiiv have better viral growth options. Convertkits new free package is very robust up to 10k subscribers.

1 for Beehiiv. It’s what ECA uses.

Kit hands down… plus based in Boise! 🤣

We'd love to have you on ConvertKit. I run two newsletters out of ConvertKit. 1. An evergreen newsletter for classroom teachers that is sent on autopilot to new subscribers...new issue for them every 2 weeks for a year (I was a teacher for 10 years and turned my best content from then into newsletters) 2. A newsletter for work-from-home dads. Every new issue is also posted on my Creator Profile (my public ConvertKit profile page / website).

It depends on what your newsletters about, but we’re using Substack in that capacity, although most people think of it as a blog. we’re finding it very successful, both for our clients and for some of our own work.
