Leadership is not a right, it’s a privilege! Looking forward to meeting and seeing many of you out in the field taking care of our customers. Thanks for all the hospitality today, and the welcoming spirit for me and my colleagues. 🙏🏾
Well that’s an impressive leadership team! Congratulations all!
Wow!! Dream-team starting to take shape. Hertz was ranked at #326 in the Fortune 500 rankings of 2020. Time to watch them start their climb in the top tier of F500. Team Hertz, get ready to meet a servant leader with vision, compassion and sincerity. Congratulations Henry, cant wait to track Hertz’s the improved operational excellence as you begin to work closely with the teams. Still remember your Day-1 at JFK, the inspirational discussion with the gate agent and the subsequent changes that drove JFK to become Hub of the Year. You helped initiate the fly-wheel in motion through your empowering discussions with frontline and with leaders. Always thankful for your mentorship. Congratulations Boss.
Congratulations HK! For Hertz folks reading these comments-I hope you all will come to appreciate him the way I did. I spent ALOT of years with HK-not only is he a great leader, he’s a great person. HK understands the business but perhaps more importantly, he understands the person. Enjoy the ride with him… I’m grateful for the ride I had and look forward to the incredible things he’ll do at Hertz.
Wow i see Gil is building his own dream team over there! Congrats to all! Up and onwards!
What is going on with the management Gil getting paid a salary of 1.5 but the guy who made all the bad decisions made 180 million something fishy

2wI am completely displeased at how Hertz customer service and employees handle lost item claims. I have been reaching out to the Hertz Airport location in Grand Rapids Michigan about a lost phone that has been tracked back to the location and it has taken more than 5 days for any of the 4 people to call me back. The lack of follow up has drawn me to decide to leave this review here and other public locations to show the frustration I have. This will for sure be the last time I use Hertz for any reason business or personal.
