Thanks Surabhi Srivastava for the appreciation! Our hope at TARSHI is to expand narratives around queering and how it radically manifests in various areas of our lives. For us, anything that questions the normative structures and envisions a new mode of being and existing - is queering! To know more, read our latest issue on Queering as a Way of Life at #InPlainspeak (TARSHI's digital magazine on sexuality): https://lnkd.in/gqdS7AA8
🏳️🌈✨It's Pride month, and I absolutely love this definition of "queering" from the brilliant online magazine In Plainspeak from TARSHI! Imagining and exploring new (unimagined) possibilities - in our professional, personal and collective spaces - that's practicing pride! 🌼🏳️🌈

People often think “tourism” when we talk about the #outdoorrecreation economy. Tourism is part of it — and an important part, especially for rural communities like the #pawilds. But it goes a lot further than that. Thanks to Outdoor Recreation Roundtable for helping define and elevate the many career paths involved in outdoor recreation economies! #ruralinnovation #workforce #inclusiveeconomy #entrepreneurship #publiclands

Psychologist MSc GMBPsS, Occupational Clinician, Coach Senior Practitioner (EMCC), Trainer, Founder of Positive Psychology Luxembourg
In Luxembourg we are slowly coming back to work after the summer when things were moving slowly or not at all no matter if you had or not your vacation. Still several reports (LISER or Chambre de salariés) state that employees in Luxembourg work more (40h/week with 1701h/year) than the sourounding countries (Germany has 37,7h/week with 1667h per year and similar holidays, Belgium and France even less). The proposal for a 4 day work/week was received with skepticism by companies and the report of Liser has mixed messages. Still the newly approved Mental Health National Plan forsee more prevention….We need to talk more about the factors of mental well being and give the opportunity to the people to apply it! We have all these money 😝 and for what?
The happiest places in the world work less and vacation more – which is the opposite of what we do in America. (via Matthew McConaughey)

We're taking our love for tiny living and giant adventures to a whole new level - we've decided to drive around the world (or at least one continent at a time) in our truck camper! 🌍 We get asked all the time, "But what about work?" Here's our reality: creating content, capturing moments, and sharing stories have always been our passion, but it's not the only thing we do. We wear many hats (figuratively and literally, because sun protection is key 😉). We've been juggling freelance gigs with some amazing companies that fill our workdays with diverse projects and learning opportunities. Thanks to the magic of Starlink, our 'office' now comes with unlimited scenic views. We can confirm emails amidst the mountains and have meetings by the sea. It's pretty wild to think we can keep doing what we love, working with incredible teams, all while crossing new horizons. This trip is a blend of our passion for exploration and commitment to our careers. It's about finding that sweet spot where work meets play, and proving that with the right tech and a solid internet connection, the world really can be your oyster (or office, in this case). We're so excited to bring you along on this epic road trip. We'll be documenting it all, sharing not just the postcard-perfect sights but the real, raw, and ridiculously funny moments that happen along the way. To our clients and colleagues, think of this as us just taking the remote work concept to its literal extreme. We're as committed as ever and maybe even a bit more inspired by all the new views. So here's to the open road, to embracing the unknown, and to all the stories waiting to be told. Stay tuned for updates, behind-the-scenes peeks, and maybe even some starlit workspace setups. It's going to be one heck of a ride, and we're just getting started. P.S. If you've ever wondered how to balance work with wandering, stay tuned. We're about to get a crash course in it, and we'll be sharing every tip and trick we learn along the way. 🌍💻
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! For the last 2 years, we've been prepping to take our overlanding adventures international. After driving 49 of the states in the USA much of Canada, we've decided to combine our international travels and love for road tripping into one massive adventure: drive the world. We're taking it one day and one continent at a try and learning to explore this world a little bit slower in hopes of exploring places a bit more off the beaten path. https://lnkd.in/ddBpSTpJ

Business & Career Coach | Trainer & Mentor | People • Leadership • Culture | Aiming to create enjoyable working places
I just had an inspiring conversation with a fellow coach at CareerFoundry that reminded me of the immense value of connecting with colleagues. Why? These exchanges are not just pleasant catch-ups; they're opportunities for growth, learning, and expanding our perspectives. Here's why I believe that these conversations should be a regular habit: 💡Fresh insights: every person brings unique experiences and points of view, adding new ideas for our own work. 🌏 Cross-cultural understanding: learning about different work cultures and approaches is invaluable, broadening our horizons while learning more about ourselves as well. 🔥 Inspiration and motivation: Hearing about others' passion for their work can reignite our own enthusiasm. 🤝 Opportunities: These connections often lead to collaborations, referrals, or new opportunities we might not have encountered otherwise. So if you are looking for an expert in #negotiation and #interculturality, Ken Tan (CCSP) is the person to talk to! Remember, every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new. Ask yourself: → Who would I like to catch up with, in the next 2 weeks? → What would I like to learn from them? #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking #ContinuousLearning #CareerGrowth

Lovely to catch up with Silvia Foglia, my counterpart from CareerFoundry. Silvia is from Italy and currently living in Berlin. I like her enthusiasm for the work in career development in Germany, and her passion in coaching and training in Italy. Excellent insight exchange across Asia and Europe. Looking forward to more discussion in future.
