Latino and Black communities are disproportionately impacted by this. Where lack of access to healthcare forces patients to go to corporate institutions that are not focused on quality nor affordability but only on profits. It is a healthcare system where Latino and Black doctors and clinicians are underrepresented (4-6%) and in which longitudinal relationships between doctors and Latino and Black patients are rarely prioritized. Reestablishing SMB private practice in our communities is the first step towards disrupting the corporate practice of medicine in this country. That’s our mission at Ease and why we’re so laser focused on helping millions of doctors and clinicians regain their practice independence. cc XXL Magazine/xxlmag.com
