We recently spoke to Spencer Schwenk, Townline Equipment Sales, Inc. Plainfield Sales Manager, about a BL0/EX that he sold to a customer in the spring of this year for use with a Kubota KX040-4. From Spencer: “We've now gotten to run the BL0/EX 75 and 50. The BL0/EX, since it shares the same rotor as the BL1/EX, is pretty much, you can call it fantastic. It's nice to see that even though it's a smaller mulcher without a piston motor, it still produces the same cut and finish. Customers tell me all the time that versatility is the deciding factor when it comes to comparing side dumps to other dump trailers. While some tasks are comparable, there’s other things end dumps and belly dumps just can’t do. Side dumps, on the other hand, can haul anything and dump anywhere. Operators don’t have to worry about wind or uneven ground. We tell people, whatever you put in, it’ll come out of a side dump. ❓ Last time we asked you to guess which Dry Bulk fleets has the lowest average age of its currently active vessels.   🥇 As the majority of you voted, it's the Ultramax fleet!
