Machine learning and artificial intelligence are rigorously changing the medical data analysis. Here is another nice collaboration with friends in University of Glasgow to apply Machine learning-based classifiers for predicting metastasis in colorectal cancer patients. The results (which already published in Front Artif Intell, provided insightful information regarding the best technique among ML-based approaches for predicting metastasis in CRC patients. Both the tumour stage and the number of involved lymph nodes were considered the most important features in predicting metastasis.
