And at the same time companies struggle with finding overarching Diversity, Equity and Inclusion actions that are authentic and inclusive of the entire organization. 💡 And this is where voluteering LGBTQ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can provide a safe space for community awareness and solidarity and have a huge impact in advocating for inclusive policies and drive positive change within the organizations.
