And at the same time companies struggle with finding overarching Diversity, Equity and Inclusion actions that are authentic and inclusive of the entire organization. 💡 And this is where voluteering LGBTQ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can provide a safe space for community awareness and solidarity and have a huge impact in advocating for inclusive policies and drive positive change within the organizations. Implement a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of discrimination against LGBTQ individuals. 3. Make healthcare accessible, affordable, and easy to use for all employees, addressing health disparities specific to LGBTQ individuals. 4. Invest in meaningful education for all your employees. 5.
