When I was building megaprojects, Aegis Project Controls was my go-to resource for reliable and consistent project controls services. Of course, we had PM's and schedulers on staff that were first-rate, but we needed to take a more advanced approach on projects with 28,000 activities, multiple delivery milestones, oftentimes cost loaded, and fast-track where we were building well before later design packages were complete.
