The menu tasting was a tough job, but as CEO I felt it was essential that I take on the difficult task of sampling an extensive variety of dishes, from starters to mains and then desserts, and more buffet options and sweet treats than you could shake a stick at. So what did make the cut? Will we be dining on duo of pork shoulder and loin with apple mash and honey roasted veg, or wild mushroom ragout with potato rosti and char-grilled asparagus? Did the popping candy cheesecake make the final selection, and was the raspberry panacotta superior to the chocolate brownie? #events is still a growing industry for #ethiopia. A pie that doesn’t seem to be growing fast enough like our neighbours such as #rwanda. Nonetheless, there are industry standards that are respected and honoured. No event is produced solo and as such, collaborators give credit where to each other as unique skills set come together to create the magic of an event. Point in case - Flawless was the event company hired by HEINEKEN Ethiopia for the launch of the new walia rebrand below. The Flawless team called on Eternal Media and Communication to develop and refine the concept and worked together until wee hours of many mornings to bring the concept to life. There was sound, lighting, selecting dancers, rehearsals, constant client input, fear, excitement, and amazing collaboration to get to launch date.
