These 3 extension colors are similar but very different 🔥🔥 As you know, I'm really focused on making sure the extension colors perfectly match your natural hair during my installations. When I add extensions, my goal is to make them blend perfectly with your own hair. Sometimes, I mix a couple of similar shades to add some depth or to get the color just right. I often use 2 or 3 extension colors to make sure it matches all the tones in your hair. I don't want the color to be just okay – I want it to be perfect 👌👌. Even if the installation is done really well, if the extension color doesn't match your hair, it won't look natural.

If you’re curious as to why, keep reading… We all are unique in our OWN way! 💯 Let me give you an example: If I lined up 10 Hairstylists and asked them to teach me how to do a full topknot, EVERY single one of them would explain/create it differently. 🙌🏻 Some would use large sections to tease the hair, some would use small sections, some would use a brush to smooth out the hair, some a comb. Some would create extremely full topknots, some would create skinnier styles. Some would take 5 minutes to get to the end result, some would take 20 minutes. ✔️ Do you see where I’m going with this? So show up as YOU and feel confident in doing so. You don’t need to look at others as competition, because they aren’t you! 💕

I wanted to talk about brown as a grounding shade for me because it’s my hair color. Whatever your hair color is, it becomes a grounding shade for you. Now, what's important about that? Well, first of all, it's awesome because it's your hair color. Secondly, when you have a color that may not quite be your color but you really, really love it and you're not willing to give it away, your hair color can make it usable. So how's that as, like a little tip? If it's way off and it's neon, then it’s probably time to give it to a neon lover.. But in general, if you have something that you love and you want to make a connection with it and you want to ground it, your hair color can do that. So play around and see what happens.
