How many pre-boom AI offerings do you know of that have not only stood the test of Gen AI but have proven to be even more valuable because they were built from solid first principles? One such area that might appear to be threatened by Gen AI, but is more timely than ever, is Enterprise Search. In the latest Xoogler TGI-ML, we had a fireside chat with Arvind Jain, CEO of Glean https://glean.com (Think of Glean as ChatGPT over your Enterprise Knowledge). It was an absolute treat getting his insights into why enterprises need this now more than ever, why they're frustrated with most previous attempts, and how traditional search best practices combine with latest Generative AI technology to deliver something powerful.
