😡 Freemasons run RBKC COUNCIL are killing innocent women. My profound outrage regarding the actions of the Conservative Party and this council, which I believe are driving innocent individuals, particularly women, to the brink of despair. The gravity of these misscounduct which suggest involvement in activities that can only be described as fraudulent and corrupt, is staggering. It is deeply shameful that individuals such as Ashcroft and Rami Ranger are implicated in these actions. The misconduct that appears to be taking place, including actions of racketeering and attempts to undermine the well-being of residents, has caused immense suffering, including threats to my own life. I am appalled to have once supported a party and council that now seem to prioritize their own interests over the welfare of the community. How can you, as representatives of the public, continue to show your faces knowing the harm you are causing and the serious crimes that are allegedly occurring under your watch? It is time for accountability. The community deserves better, and it is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for ethics and the well-being of your constituents.

This will be the most important gathering of all housing leaders under the new government. As #Labour approaches the 100-day mark in power, and with the #AutumnBudget now just weeks away, housing leaders are watching with bated breath to see whether the new government can match its ambitious goals with the tools needed to deliver them. Here is our report summarising the results of a survey with community housing organisations. This outlines our thoughts on unblocking constraints on the delivery of new social housing in Aotearoa.

Housing for our people is a massive challenge and yet a warm, dry whare should really be a basic right. Valuable to see the insights from our Community and Affordable Housing Survey surfaced. Big mihi to those who continue to drive housing outcomes for our people. The findings may well be familiar to them as they are closest to and have first hand experience navigating a system. More visibility of the issues might just spark some further ideas among various parties that play important roles in a connected solution.

🏠 The KPMG team has been engaging with the #community and #affordable housing sector to understand the complexities of this sector and exploring opportunities to enhance the pace and scale of new housing supply in #Aotearoa.   🔍Our findings have been compiled into a report. At a high-level, the five potential opportunities are as follows: - Send clearer medium-term investment signals so CHPs have greater certainty about where and when the government will provide support. - Utilise the regulatory tiering system to support further investment for organisations that can demonstrate they are investment-ready. - Reconsider funding settings to more closely align with the costs of providing tenancy to different tenants. - Consider alternative commercial and ownership structures that could reduce capital requirements for CHPs. Consider a wider range of approaches beyond the Operating Supplement to lower the cost of capital and improve development economics.   ✨ Thank you to everybody that was involved in this process.
