You have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you can't provide assistance, don't sell your products. The washing machine at my place had a flaw. You sent an engineer who instead of fixing the problem, made the situation worse. The machine has completely shut down now. My father has been calling your customer care every day. But all they do is register a new complaint and stop all communication. Will you address the issue or stay oblivious as always?

I purchased refrigeration in the Dec 19 and it suddenly stopped working in Mar'24 and it has 10 yrs for warranty. Then i contacted your cc (PU20240321000082), a lady from (Balaji Electronics, Pune) and sent a person for repair, the guy replaced the compressor and charged Rs 2100, still don't know why Haier is charged in spite repair in warranty period without any receipt.Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd For a month I found water leakage from the refrigerator and I thought it might be due to electricity and the day before I managed to check the same behind the refrigerator and saw the water leakage was from the pipe which is connected to the compressor which has been fixed by your authorised person by taking charges of Rs 2100. New request ( PU20240715000306) same lady called ( 9067138433) and asked to pay Rs 480 for visiting, i denied to pay since it was not fixed properly you last time and refrigerator is in warranty, later she agreed to send person, later i got a msg from haier that your Service Request for cancellation due to a Estimate Not Approved by you for Repair/Installation.) how can she close the request without visiting and not giving an estimation to the cust Is this type of service being managed by the Haier ?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the 'haier' products. The panel of the 43" LED TV (product id: DH1U83D290567M2L0190) that I purchased for 31900 has expired within a mere 3 years. The cost of replacing the panel is equivalent to buying a brand new TV. I will definitely not recommend haier products to anyone.Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd

Absolutely the worst experience with the Haier split air conditioner bought last year in June .Since March this year 14 visits by the company and no resolution.!! STUCK WITH A NON WORKING AIRCONDITIONER!! #HAIERPATHETIC The customer service and area service manager do not have any solution!!! Please respond

Dear Haier Management,   I am writing to formally bring to your attention the repeated issues we have encountered with Haier Split AC model Outdoor HU13-5BEINV and Indoor HS13K-PYG5BE-INV, bearing the serial numbers AL00MU017110HP2NMWHR and AL00MQ017110JP44CTJA, respectively.   Since the time of purchase in May'23, both units have been problematic, each requiring repair on four separate occasions in a span of 1 year. Despite the efforts made during these repairs, the issues persist, and the units fail to function reliably. This has caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, especially during critical times when air conditioning is essential. At present the AC unit is not working for the last 12 days & no response from customer care or the retailer. Imagine a situation in this 45'C temp.   Given the recurring nature of the problems and the inability of repairs to provide a lasting solution, I kindly request a replacement for both units. I believe this step is necessary to ensure we receive the quality and reliability expected from Haier products.   Hope to get a quick resolution to the issue. Regards, Arvind Gautam 9324259301

I am extremely dissatisfied with 'HAIER' Products i have purchased 43" LED TV in Aug'21 ,and it has been replaced twice but still third time TV is not working , such a cheap quality product And customer service is worst than ever I have registered complaint on 10th June Complaint number -DL20240621000202 and still I didn't receive any call ,msg from Haier team I am still waiting for their technician Worst product ,Worst customer service

Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my concerns have gone unanswered. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in the brand. Very bad services of repair in this month two times refill Gas after the ac not cooling if you know gas leakage issue in coil so why refill gas in ac. Simple funda not possible to repair this so change cooling coil. Why make money refill gas again gas refill Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd
