Ethical Considerations in the Augmented Workplace

In my experience, bias training and DEI work is the most effective from a more behavior analytic approach, with changing people's thinking behavior has the biggest impact. Policy checklists allow for complacency. People do what is modeled for them. If you successfully change the thinking behavior of your executive leadership, that will be modeled for subsequent leaders and trickle down. AND if you have consistent diverse, equitable, and inclusive thinking mentality corporations will be able to more easily identify BIA in their technological system, as opposed to assuming it is working the way it should.
I am not terrified of the technology, I am more concerned about how people/corporations use it. For us at The Happy Employees as long as the evolution of technology is it ENHANCE our human experience(s) instead of potentially replacing them.
defaulting on bias training is where I see so many problems..there isn't enough focus on accountability, and time given to reinforcing what people are learning
