Gwinnett County has just achieved a major milestone! We are proud to announce that we are the first county in metro Atlanta to earn the prestigious gold status as a BioReady® Community by the state’s leading life sciences membership organization, Georgia Bio. The Water Tower's biotech laboratory and manufacturing activities, as well as the highly anticipated Rowen initiative with appropriate zoning for biotech uses, positioned us to earn our BioReady® Community status. Our dedication to fostering the biotech sector and providing top-notch infrastructure makes Gwinnett a perfect hub for life sciences research and development.
