Deal with uncooperative drivers and work with inbound team to identify trends and re-educate repeat offenders. Manage the warehouse pager system including trouble shooting and coordinate daily operations between logistics, warehouse, and security. Coordinate with the carriers and the quality, logistics, receiving, and planning teams to track shipments flagged with a known quality issue and help ensure the shipments are isolated and confined upon delivery to the plant. Alert the teams upon arrival. Respond to status request with updates from Suppliers, Carriers, Buyers, etc. Cross Training so that each team member can act as the Back-up when another team member is absent.
