The positive momentum on our OptiCore innovation design software platform for optimizing core kits for wind turbine blades continues, and we are delighted to announce a Gurit technical presentation will be delivered at the China Composites Expo in Shanghai on Sept 2, 2024 by Gurit Digitalization Engineer Mr. Alessandro Murdaca. During this presentation, Alessandro will discuss how the OptiCore software can optimize core kits for wind blades considering multiple design parameters and constraints and results in a faster product development time and in a superior design tailored to the customer’s needs. More than 60 individual design parameters are calculated for each core panel, and this data rich output can be shared in a format that allows composite designers to utilize relevant data in their design models, thereby, allowing them to take their design to the next level.
