Richmond Solution, our digital ecosystem, has been awarded the ISTE Seal for its commitment to excellence in educational technology.   The Publisher role offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional team, contributing to the growth of Richmond ELT’s portfolio of English language teaching and learning materials. The primary focus of the role is to lead on the research and development of new blended and digital-first products in line with Richmond’s publishing strategy and plans. The Publisher will lead the cross-functional team and ensure that budget and resourcing is in place to deliver the product to the agreed market window. Experience, Skills & Attributes Required  Editorial management experience in educational publishing is essential as is a track record of conceptualizing and delivering market-leading educational products. Candidates will ideally have a recognized TEFL qualification and experience of teaching ELT. The role requires a good understanding of the needs of teachers and students in international markets, as well as the ability to think strategically and to identify new business opportunities. Experience of leading and motivating cross-functional teams is essential, alongside excellent collaboration and communication skills. Financial awareness and the ability to create and manage project budgets are important. Flexibility, decisiveness and a positive, problem-solving attitude are also key. This is a full-time permanent post. Our UK office is in central Oxford, and we can offer a hybrid working policy.
