I read “Measure What Matters” by John Doerr a couple of years ago. I don’t typically get excited about business books, but I binged this one in a week. It talks about the concept of Objectives and Key Results, a fancy way of saying measurable goals lol. Since then, Beast Code has adopted goals across each of our departments. Some are hard and others are things we just need to do. But writing down our objectives and meeting monthly keeps us accountable and always moving forward! #OKRs #Goals #DigitalTransformation
