This year Portugal celebrates a decade since the expiration of the financial assistance program provided by the EU and IMF. In other words, a decade since the country overcame the Eurozone debt crisis. 🔹 Today, Portugal boasts a healthier economic post-pandemic recovery than its European counterparts and a real estate market characterised by resilience and high occupancy levels, supported by solid tourism growth and investment in infrastructure. The future is looking rosy for Portuguese real estate, although market veterans know that nothing comes that easy. Many of these veterans will be gathering for the annual GRI Portuguese flagship event, Portugal GRI 2024, on June 5-6 in London. 🔹 This senior private meeting will connect local and international players, encouraging deal flow in Portugal and positioning it as one of Europe’s most attractive real estate investment destinations. We are looking forward to welcoming Tim Wilkinson (Indotek Group, Hungary), Roland Paar 羅蘭 (SORAVIA, Austria), João Diogo Cristina (MERLIN Properties, Portugal), Joana Castro e Almeida (Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, Portugal), Alexander Riches (Clifford Street Advisors Capital, UK), and Xana Muñiz Vázquez (Deepki, Spain), among 100 other real estate investors, asset managers, lenders, and developers from across the globe. 🔗 Read more and register here: https://lnkd.in/df2uGJYz #griclub #realestate #portugal #investment #networking
