Crops and bleed play a crucial role in the printing process. Crops indicate the exact area where the design will be trimmed, ensuring a precise and polished finish. Bleed extends the design slightly beyond this trim line, preventing any unwanted white edges and guaranteeing that the printed piece looks seamless and professional. These elements are essential for achieving accurate and visually appealing prints, underscoring the importance of meticulous attention to detail in the printing workflow. #design #designer #print #graphics #printing #graphics360 #postcards #brochures #workflow

Do you know about Spot Colours? You may have heard of Pantones but, if not, it's a library of numbered colours used in graphic design and wet-ink printing. It's a reference guide so everybody has a visual idea of what colour is being asked for! Bear in mind, computer and phone screens don't all display the same way or even have the exact same brightness settings, so the best way of looking at a colour is to physically look at it. If in doubt, we can print a colour sample of your artwork for you to inspect and approve prior to printing the full label order! 😃 Get in touch today! #WeAreHine #LabelsMatter #Pantones #SpotColours #DigitalPrinting #Printing #UVPrinters #DidYouKnow #teamhine #hinelabels #hine #labelexperts #labelprinting #stickwithus #colour #colours

Waleed Mirza thought of a clever feature when designing the logo for Printer Guys, a client from Winnipeg, Canada. In the word "Printer", he colored the letter "I" with the four colors of CMYK—Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black)—which are the basic colors used in printing. This small but creative detail makes the logo pop and immediately tells you that these guys are all about printing. #logodesign #design #printing

Why Color Separation is Still Crucial in Printing ? In the age of digital everything, some might think color separation is a relic of the past. But us print professionals know it's the secret sauce behind those stunning brochures and vibrant packaging! What is it? Color separation is the process of breaking down a full-color image into its individual color components – typically Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (CMYK). Each component gets its own printing plate, and when layered just right, they create the final masterpiece Why is it important ? • Accurate Color Reproduction: Ensures your design translates perfectly from screen to paper. No more unexpected color shifts! • Cost-Effectiveness: CMYK inks are readily available and affordable compared to specialty colors. • Wider Color Gamut: By combining CMYK inks in varying densities, you can achieve a surprisingly broad range of colors. #printing #colors #CMYK #design #prepress #packaging #marketing #graphicdesign

⭐️Read for more info!⭐️ 1️⃣ Once the client sends their design, the pressman makes metal template plates for the printing press to scan. 2️⃣ When the plates are made, they are inserted into the press and adjustments are made to make sure the final colors are correct. 3️⃣ The paper is inserted in one end and then we start her up and away she goes! 4️⃣ After everything has been printed, the brochures get taken to the cutter to trim off the excess paper. 5️⃣ Once it’s cut to size, the brochure is thrown into the magical folding machine that folds the brochure’s perfectly so the press man’s fingers don’t have to. 6️⃣ Now that it’s folded, the brochure is packaged up and sent to the eagerly awaiting customer. 🎥 If you want to see a visual representation of this, check out our video on brochures :) #asmr #asmrprinting #asmrsounds #reels #oddlysatisfyingvideo #1minuteprint #printing #print

I enable sportswear brands and custom apparel suppliers to scale by delivering high-performance customized jerseys and team uniforms, ensuring rapid 7-10 day fulfillment, affordability, and exceptional service.
Choosing the right printing technique for your brand is crucial. Here’s a comparison of #sublimation and #screenprinting to guide your decision: ⚾ Print Quality and Durability ⚾ 🏀 Sublimation: Ensures exceptional quality with vivid colors that embed into fabric fibers, offering long-lasting designs that resist washing out, cracking, or peeling. 🏀 Screen Printing: Ideal for simpler designs with one or few colors, providing good quality prints. However, the ink sits on the fabric's surface, making it less durable over time, and prone to cracking, peeling, and fading with washes. Evaluate your design requirements carefully to select the method that best suits your brand's objectives!

––Downloadable 3D Artwork (Yes, for Free)–– A couple of weeks ago, I shared my new project—a downloadable 3D wall sculpture, free for everyone. Once you get your hands on the STL files, all you have to do is 3D print them and follow the build instructions. It’s also an invitation to innovate and personalize, as you can choose your own colors, materials, printing settings, and more. – Introducing a New Model! I’m thrilled to announce a new addition to this ongoing series. This model is a bit more complex than the first one, but still small enough to create quickly. You might be wondering, “Can’t we have larger works to build? These are kind of small…” I heard you. – Coming Soon: A Larger Meta-Artwork Stay tuned! All these small models will soon merge into a larger meta-artwork, an ambitious project that will bring together many printed modules into a single, unified, very large piece! It will take time, but I have the ambition to create something massive—an ever-expanding work in every direction! Your own build now is part of something even bigger on the horizon. Thank you for being part of this journey. Keep printing! #3dprinting #3dprintedart #printables #contemporaryart

Screen printing is a versatile method for printing on various gift items like bags, pens, diaries, and mugs. Here's a brief overview of the screen printing process for each item: 1.Bags: Screen printing on bags is common for promotional purposes or creating custom designs. A screen is created with the desired design, and ink is then pushed through the screen onto the bag material. 2.Pens: Screen printing on pens involves a similar process, but on a smaller scale. The pen barrels are typically cylindrical, so the printing process may require a specialized jig to ensure accurate alignment of the design. 3.Diaries: Diaries often have a cover made of materials like leather, PU leather, or fabric. Screen printing can be applied directly to these covers to display logos, artwork, or personalized messages. 4.Mugs: Screen printing on mugs involves a slightly different process due to the curved surface. Specialized equipment called a cylindrical screen printing machine is used to ensure even application of ink around the mug's surface. #screenprinting # #digitalmarketing #uvpriting #offsetprinting

Trying block printing for the 1st time made me feel nervous, curious and learning, but the finishing moment was eyes soothing. Do you know what is block printing? How it works? Block printing is a way to print patterns on fabric using carved wooden blocks. How It Works: 1. Make the Design: Draw a pattern and transfer it to a wooden block. Carve the design into the block. 2. Prepare the Fabric: Wash the fabric and lay it flat. 3. Apply Dye or Ink: Put dye or ink on the carved block. 4. Print the Fabric: Press the block onto the fabric to transfer the design. Repeat to cover the fabric. 5. Dry and Set : Let the fabric dry. Treat it to fix the colors. #BlockPrinting #HandmadePrints #Printmaking #ArtisanCrafts #DIYPrinting #Crafts #PrintmakingProcess #CreativeCrafts #TraditionalArt #BlockPrintArt
