Leaders in this sector have demonstrated resilience and innovation, steering organisations through unprecedented challenges spotlighted by the pandemic. These challenges inadvertently highlighted the sector's capabilities, showcasing 'people’ professionals' ability to mobilise workforces, build international pipelines, and contribute to New Zealand's resurgence. As the world embraces a "new normal," it's heartening to see events, offices, and cafes buzzing with life and energy once more. Approaching 2024, the market demands a focus on measurement and effectiveness. Resourcefulness, creativity, and adaptability will be crucial for successful attraction and recruitment outcomes. A secret weapon lies in your organisation's untold stories— even small narrative shifts can redefine attraction strategies.
