A little peek at Jyväskylä council tower designed by Alvar Aalto. This was never built, but we built it for AR use using material from the archives of Alvar Aalto Foundation. Nice 3D work from our Nico 🔥 Animated little dudes and dudettes will soon be walking around there to bring some life to this otherwise static model. flyAR Augmented Reality Studio is recreating three of Aalto's designs in webAR as "scale models" like the one in the video and "portals" which will work through physical signage installed on site. One has been demolished, one was built white although Aalto designed it black, and this one has not been built at least yet. What's that webAR-thing you might ask? It means that the AR will run in your mobile browser by just opening a link or scanning a QR code. No apps need to be developed, published, maintained or downloaded. I developed this image live during the 2nd day of the workshop with NORDFY and then returned to it to add more details. I feel like the workflow from 3D to AI improved while teaching, pushing some solutions that I would not have experimented with for a tight deadline. I am impressed with the result even though we do this every day. Every single part of the photobash was generated with SD in different forms and shapes, from Comfy UI to Krea and Magnific.
