It was great to share the great things we are doing at BINGO INDUSTRIES in the Learning and development team. Key take aways from the my session (which involved a lot of hand movements) were; 1. Understanding how your decisions around structure will influence more than just completion rates. 2. Considerations to take when designing your roll out. 3. Utilising people in design and implementation of critical learning required 4. Advocate for better mental and physical wellbeing at your organisation through your learning programs. I’m thrilled after receiving feedback that the audience leaving my sessions walked away with a stronger commitment to people’s wellbeing when designing learning programs. This little tradition has been a real morale booster for us, keeping everyone pumped and pushing to keep the leaderboard positive. Here's the recent leaderboard comparing the growth between February and March. Next Gen Tech: Our appointment booking system helped increase revenue by 18%. AU Smartphone Retailer: Our strategies helped them achieve a 42% increase in net sales. It has been great to facilitate a workshop for a company to define its own culture of care. The initial step was to think about the culture of the company and how it has to be aligned with the culture of care. The culture of care is not easy to define.
