On my mind ... aka OMM 😉 A manager named Bob was notorious for his terrible technical skills. One day, Bob tried to fix a server issue by repeatedly pressing Ctrl Alt Del. When a junior engineer asked what he was doing, Bob replied, "I’m rebooting the cloud!" The team burst into laughter. This humorous incident highlights an important leadership lesson: effective leaders don't need to know everything but must trust and empower their skilled team members. Good leadership isn't about knowing all the answers—it's about knowing where to find them and leveraging the strengths of your team. #leadership #fridayfunnies

Today I had the opportunity to sit on a panel about Goal Setting and Managing Performance for leaders at Protective. The facilitator Scott Terry asked the ~100 leaders on the call to name some of the benefits of effective goal setting. The results generated this word cloud. I'd just like to thank the person who wrote **my name** as a benefit of effective goal setting. I am sure it was an accident, but it gave me a chuckle when I was a little nervous. 🤣 #goalsetting #leadership #managerpanel #wordcloud
