Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Goodwill’s Director of Total Rewards Maria Chavez, who recently served as a panelist at the 11th Annual Arizona Employee Benefits Benchmarking, Healthcare & HR Symposium. Every year, Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona participates in the Arizona Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey, designed to improve employee benefits, retention, and engagement for employers across Arizona. As a panelist, Maria shared insights on strategies and innovative programs that engage employee well-being and communication. Due to Goodwill’s excellent record in employee benefit enrollment, communication platforms, and our successful implementation of Garner Health, it was great to have Maria there to speak on behalf of our organization.
