Goodwill Industries International exploits vulnerable persons by taking advantage of their addictions and (dis)abilities, paying them $11-12 hourly (less than minimum wage for some workers) to perform dangerous work with unreasonable production demands. Furthermore, Goodwill Industries of Kentucky in particular regularly violates the National Labor Relations Act (cf. Nancy Lunsford, Louisville regional manager. See @zpence07 on Twitter for audio of her manipulating an employee vis-a-vis his rights under ADA). Workers do not receive a fair portion of the value they produce for the company and the world. This is unacceptable. 🧨🇻🇳🧨 Unionizegoodwill.com 🧨🇻🇳🧨

Hello, my name is Sasha Hill and my parents recently kicked me out for religious purposes of not agreeing with my religion which I recently came back from college with, "like a disease" they called it. I will (hopefully) be attending a Christian school (Middlebury) in Vermont this Fall. However, until then, my scholarship only makes up my schooling and during the summer, in Missouri, its hard to get a good paying job with the lack of transportation, as McDonalds is just down the street as the best option. My dad has my car, as he is paying the insurance on it, which I guess is fair, but I just need some hope. Let me know, as I am currently living in a homeless shelter in KCMO, and need transportation to my old job in Kansas if I want to make more money. I also left a voicemail questioning any recent car donations as I am aware that you guys have some from a recent donor-- anything helps, even if it's a bad car. thank you! -Sasha Any goodwill works, I can get an Uber there if I need to. I left the voicemail at the KCMO 64108 location.
