Join Allies for Community Business (A4CB) on an upcoming webinar to review the grant eligibility, required documents, and prioritization. There will be plenty of time to answer your grant-related questions.
The Good Food Fund Grant will provide grants between $10,000 and $100,000 to eligible entrepreneurs. Interested applicants must be in the food and beverage industry (including growers and distributors), located in Chicago, hold a current food and beverage business license, filed a federal tax return in 2022, and have a business bank account. Grants will be prioritized based on a list of equitable criteria.
The application process includes two steps – entrepreneurs will first complete an expression of interest form so that A4CB can assess eligibility, and then entrepreneurs will be invited to apply. The grant is made possible by Mayor Brandon Johnson and the City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and administered by Allies for Community Business (A4CB).
